Terms of Use
These Terms apply to the games and website provided by DevByte (the "Services"), including One Stroke and Tilt Drop. By downloading or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using our games
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our games on devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute them, or use them for anything unlawful.
2. Ads and rewards
Our games are free and show ads. Some extras, such as hints or undo, can be unlocked by choosing to watch a rewarded ad. Rewards exist only inside the game, have no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred.
3. Ownership
The Services, including the DevByte name and logo, game designs, levels, graphics and code, belong to DevByte and are protected by law.
4. Your progress
Progress is stored only on your device. We can't recover it if it's lost, deleted or left on an old phone. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep our games running well, but we can't promise they'll always be available or free of errors. We may update, change or retire games and features.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Services are provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. DevByte isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss from using them. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory rights you have where you live.
